Crypwise is a crypto-focused platform that provides: Live crypto market data, Trader insights, Community interaction, Crypto news and content, Reward-driven engagement systems, and Token-related ecosystem features.

Crypwise is designed for informational, educational, and engagement purposes only.

To use Crypwise, you must be at least 18 years old, comply with your local laws and regulations, and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

By using Crypwise, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Users may create accounts and connect supported crypto wallets. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your wallet credentials, and all activity conducted under your account.

Crypwise does not store or control private keys or seed phrases.

Crypwise may support third-party wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and WalletConnect-compatible wallets.

Users are solely responsible for wallet security, transactions, and blockchain interactions. Crypwise is not liable for wallet losses, compromised wallets, or user mistakes.

Crypwise may offer market analytics, community features, user-generated content, reward systems, token-related features, and premium services.

Features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.

By posting content (comments, memes, discussions), users grant Crypwise a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content on the platform.

Users are fully responsible for the content they share.

Users must NOT: post illegal/abusive content, promote scams, use bots, manipulate rewards, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or violate IP rights.

Crypwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Crypwise may provide rewards based on user participation. We reserve the right to modify systems, adjust calculations, remove abusive accounts, or revoke rewards.

Rewards are not guaranteed and may change over time.

1. CW Points: CW Points are virtual platform rewards and do not represent ownership, currency, securities, or investment products.

2. No Monetary Value: CW Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or sold.

3. Future Utility: Crypwise may introduce additional utility for CW Points in the future, including possible integration with future ecosystem features or tokens. Such utility is not guaranteed and will only be communicated through official announcements.

4. Abuse Prevention: Crypwise may remove CW Points earned through spam, fraudulent activity, fake accounts, bots, or any violation of platform policies.

5. Program Changes: Crypwise reserves the right to update reward values, eligibility criteria, or discontinue the CW Points Program at any time without prior notice.

Crypwise does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information, trader insights, and community content are for informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions.

Crypwise may use moderation systems, analytics, AI-based systems, and blockchain analysis tools to detect suspicious activity and improve platform safety.

Crypwise does not guarantee that all scams or fraudulent activity can be detected or prevented.

Crypwise may rely on third-party services for wallet connectivity, market data, analytics, and hosting. Crypwise is not responsible for third-party service failures.

Certain features may involve blockchain transaction fees, premium subscriptions, or service fees. Users are responsible for gas fees and related costs.

All blockchain transactions are irreversible.

All Crypwise branding, design, logos, software, and content are owned by Crypwise. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer platform systems without permission.

Crypwise reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove content, or terminate services for violations of these Terms or harmful activity.

Crypwise is provided "as is". We are not responsible for trading losses, market volatility, wallet compromise, user mistakes, or third-party failures.

Users assume full responsibility for crypto-related risks.

Use of Crypwise is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Crypwise, users agree to the collection and use of information as described there.

Crypwise may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means users accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws. Users are responsible for complying with local crypto laws and regulations.
