Crypwise may allow sponsored posts, promotional campaigns, featured listings, banner advertisements, meme campaigns, community promotions, and token/project marketing.

By submitting or running advertisements on Crypwise, advertisers agree to comply with this policy.

Crypwise may allow advertising from crypto projects, blockchain platforms, NFT projects, DeFi applications, trading tools, Web3 services, and crypto education platforms.

Crypwise reserves the right to approve or reject any advertisement at its sole discretion.

❌ Scam or Fraudulent Projects: Rug pulls, fake token launches, Ponzi schemes, pump-and-dump schemes, and misleading investment opportunities are strictly prohibited.

❌ Guaranteed Profit Claims: Advertisements must not include "guaranteed returns", "risk-free investment", unrealistic profit promises, or misleading financial claims.

❌ Illegal or Harmful Content: Including gambling, illegal betting, adult content, hate speech, violence, and malware or phishing links.

❌ Misleading Promotions: Advertisements may not impersonate other brands, use fake endorsements, provide false information, or manipulate users.

Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed as sponsored and follow community standards.

Crypwise may label sponsored content with tags like "Sponsored", "Promoted", or "Advertisement".

Projects promoting tokens or crypto services must provide accurate project information, avoid misleading tokenomics, and disclose relevant risks.

Crypwise may request additional verification for promoted projects.

Promotional meme campaigns must avoid spam behavior, respect copyright and intellectual property, and avoid offensive or harmful content.

Crypwise reserves the right to remove low-quality or abusive promotional content.

Crypwise may review advertisements before approval and reserves the right to reject ads, remove campaigns, or suspend advertiser accounts without prior notice.

Crypwise may use manual moderation, AI-based analysis, community reporting, and blockchain analysis tools to identify suspicious advertisements.

Approval of an advertisement does not guarantee the legitimacy of a project. Users should always conduct independent research.

Advertising services may involve platform fees, promotional fees, or campaign budgets. All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

Crypwise reserves the right to modify advertising pricing and packages at any time.

Advertisers must own or have rights to promotional materials. Crypwise is not responsible for advertiser-submitted intellectual property violations.

Crypwise does not endorse or guarantee any advertised project. Users interact with advertisements and external links at their own risk.

Crypwise is not responsible for financial losses, project failures, or misleading external claims.

Violation of this policy may result in ad rejection, campaign removal, account suspension, or a permanent advertising ban.

Crypwise may update this Advertising Policy at any time. Continued use of advertising services after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
